İlkadım Belediyesi tarafından düzenlenen, 3Yüz Organizasyon tarafından organize edilen 5. İlkadım Konferansları “Okur Yazar Buluşması” 28 Mart Cumartesi günü Samsun İl Müftülüğü Konferans Salonu’nda gerçekleşiyor. İl Müftülüğü Konferans Salonu’nda düzenlenecek  olan ve konferans konusu “Çanakkale Bir Destandır” söyleşisine Eğitimci Yazar Vehbi Vakkasoğlu’nun konuşmacı olarak katılacak. Konferans sonrası fuaye salonunda Eğitimci Yazar Vehbi Vakkasoğlu, kitaplarını da imzalayacağı bildirildi.
